Freeze a small banana or half of a big banana.
(I always have frozen bananas in my freezer for innumerable dessert ideas. These come in handy whenever you need them)
Add the frozen banana pieces in a blender jar. Add the frozen banana pieces in a blender jar along with Yakult and Peanut butter.
Blend until smooth.
Note: There is absolutely no need of adding sugar to it. It tastes just right due to the ripe and frozen Bananas.
Add a tablespoon of this mix into silicone moulds and freeze until set (preferably overnight. Grease the moulds with a little melted butter for a perfect non messy job).
Serve immediately when out of the freezer and keep the remaining if any in the freezer only. Though I doubt if any of them would remain. That's how good these bites taste. Enjoy!
Please note: The number of bites would depend on the size of the mould. Just keep a tab of the ratio of using 1 bottle of yakult to half frozen banana and multiply it according to your need/requirement.
Super delicious, creamy and melt in mouth Yakult and Frozen Banana Bites are ready to be enjoyed with your loved ones.
