Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 200 gm Yoghurt


  • 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar


  • 1/4 cup Mulberries


  • 3/4 (bottle) Yakult


  • 2 tbsp slivered Almonds


  • 2 tbsp Cashewnuts chopped


  • 2 tbsp slivered Pistachios

Directions

  • Add Yoghurt to a clean cotton or a muslin cloth and squeeze it up nicely. Place it on a strainer underneath which a bowl should be kept for collecting the whey. Use this in curries and gravies or in Kadhi Pakora curry just as I did.
  • Refrigerate it overnight for best results or atleast for 6 hours. Blend Mulberries and Yakult until pureed well when ready to serve. You can keep it refrigerated if you want to serve it later.
  • Add Sugar and the pureed Mulberries to the drained and chilled yoghurt now. Mix well and garnish with your choice of slivered Dry fruits and few Mulberries for a beautiful look.
  • You can double or tripe this recipe as per your requirement and enjoy this superb dessert with your loved ones and friends alike.

As you all know, yoghurt is a good source of Proteins, Calcium, Probiotics that can enhance the gut microbiota. It also helps in preventing our digestive problems.
