  • 1/2 cups milkmaid

  • 1/2 cups amul fresh cream

  • 3 tbsp almonds slivered

  • 2 tbsp pistachios slivered

Directions

  • Gather all the ingredients mentioned at first. Make a fine powder of the bread slices using a dry grinding jar or a food processor.
  • To this powdered bread, add Milkmaid and Fresh cream along with a bottle of Yakult.
  • Finally, throw in some slivered almonds and pistachios. Mix well and fill in the kulfi moulds. Allow this to set in the freezer overnight. Enjoy these healthy and creamy homemade Kulfis with your families and friends.
  • This innovative idea comes from my beautiful kitchen with an amazing twist of Yakult, a lovely Probiotic drink that is a must for a healthy you. It does not require cooking and can be whipped up in no time at all. Kids can also make them and is a no fuss, no mess recipe. In fact, it involves only a handful of ingredients, that are easily available, too. Any seasonal fruit can also be added to it to make it more healthy and colourful. This recipe makes about five Kulfis and can be doubled or tripled as per your choice and requirements. The best part about them is that they are very much Indian and nothing can beat our Desi Ice-cream. Happy (No) Cooking!
