Serves : 6
  • Whole Milk two cup for 5 person

  • Amul fresh cream 1 cup

  • 2 tbsp Powder sugar or as needed

  • Corn flour 1 tablespoon

  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon


  • Take 4 tablespoon milk and add 1 tablespoon con flour. Mix it properly. Boil the milk in a pan. Add corn flour mixture and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • Take 1 cup amul fresh cream in a bowl. Add vanilla essence 1 teaspoon mix.. it well
  • Pour the cream mixture in a plastic container. Pour the cream mixture in a milk and mix...well. There will be no lumps on it
  • Blend it for about 3 to 4 minutes. Till the bubbles comes out. Add powder sugar as needed
  • After adding sugar. Grind for 1 minute. Pour the ice cream mixture in a container. Cover with aluminium foil. Refrigerator for 2 hrs.
  • After 2 hrs take out from the fridge and blend it again for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Transfer to a plastic container and refrigerator for 6 to 8 hrs.
  • After 8 hrs. Take out from the fridge. Serve in a ice cream glass.
  • Garnish with melted chocolate. Ready to serve.....
