Boil milk. When the milk starts boiling add lemon juice. Once it is done. Strain the Chenna water. Add water to cool it.
Transfer the Chenna to a plate. Mash with your palm till it become smooth.
From the Chenna mixture. Make a small balls. Keep aside.
For sugar syrup. Take 2 cup sugar and 1 cup water boil it till the sugar dissolves. Add cardamom powder and 1 pinch of saffron. The sugar syrup starts boiling add all the Chena balls. Cover and boil till the Chenna balls float. It is done
Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with 1 pinch of saffron and it is Ready to Serve....
