Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 litre full cream milk


  • 2 nos sitaphal (sharefa)


  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 tbsp chopped almond


  • 1 tbsp chopped cashews


  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachio


  • 10-12 nos kesar strands dissolve in hot milk

Directions

  • Boil milk till reduces half mean while scrape the sides of the pan
  • Add sugar and chopped nuts let it boil
  • Switch off the flame and add cardamom powder
  • Take out the pulp of sitaphal by mashing the seeds along the strainer
  • Add the pulp in the milk
  • Take out half cup rabdi in another bowl and add kesar strand
  • Assemble the basundi in mini glasses and serve
