Valentine's Chocolate

Firstly in a big utensil boil water.

Now keep a different utensil above it and melt ghee in it.

Now add cocoa powder and powered sugar in it. Mix very well till sugar dissolves. If you want you can add vanilla essence also.

Now in a heart shaped chocolate mould pour this batter, tap it twice. Now refrigerate it for 15 minutes.

Easy, tasty, delicious Valentine's Chocolate is ready to serve.
