Preheat oven at 180° and grease the cake tins and line them
Take one mixing bowl. Add sugar,curd and beat well until sugar dissolves. Now add vanilla essence, cooking oil, salt and coffee powder and beat well.
Sieve maida, baking powder,baking soda and corn flour from height for 2-3 times. Now add dry ingredients into wet little at time and beat to make lump free mixture.
Make smooth batter by mixing well. At this stage if you batter is too thick add 2tbsp water and adjust consistency.
Now add chocolate chips and mix with spoon. Add in lined tins and bake in preheated oven at 180°c for 35 mins.
Meanwhile heat a pan on gas. Add chopped strawberry and sugar and cook untill thick and creamy. You can add little water to make sauce like consistency. Cool down the sauce.
Cool down the baked cake on cooling rack and then slice into 3 layers.
Now take serving plate. Add first layer of cake. Apply Hershey spread. Place second cake layer and again apply chocolate spread. Now place the last layer. Now apply cold strawberry glaze. Spread evenly.
Now place the cake on cake tray. Garnish with shredded white chocolate.
Valentine's cake is ready.
