Boil one glass of water in a saucepan. Add rice falooda sev and boil them for 5 minutes. Then drain out the excess water.
Now grate raw turmeric, chop the dried fruits and crush the cardamom.
Heat a pan, add condensed milk and normal milk and when it starts boiling, add grated turmeric and crushed cardamom. Keep stirring. Cook for a few mins n let it gets thicker, remove from flame and let it cool down completely.
In a glass bowl, transfer boiled rice falooda sev and pour the prepared mixture of turmeric and condensed milk.
Garnish falooda with dry fruits and rose petals. Our 'Turmeric Flavoured Falooda' is ready to be relished. Serve it chilled.
