Ingredients

  • 1/4 inch raw turmeric


  • 4 tsp condensed milk


  • 300 litre milk


  • 5-6 tsp dry fruits(cashew, pistachio, almond)


  • 1-2 nos cardamom


  • 1/2 tsp rose petals


  • 50 gms rice falooda sev 3 tsp sugar

Directions

  • Boil one glass of water in a saucepan. Add rice falooda sev and boil them for 5 minutes. Then drain out the excess water.
  • Now grate raw turmeric, chop the dried fruits and crush the cardamom.
  • Heat a pan, add condensed milk and normal milk and when it starts boiling, add grated turmeric and crushed cardamom. Keep stirring. Cook for a few mins n let it gets thicker, remove from flame and let it cool down completely.
  • In a glass bowl, transfer boiled rice falooda sev and pour the prepared mixture of turmeric and condensed milk.
  • Garnish falooda with dry fruits and rose petals. Our 'Turmeric Flavoured Falooda' is ready to be relished. Serve it chilled.
