Heat a cadai pour milk keep boil
Mean while take a bowl put gelatin pour water mix well keep a side
Once milk should be boiled then add sugar,gelatin on it
Keep boil until it should be thick consistency
Pour into round mould keep a side
For strawberry sause:heat a pan put strawberry pieces,sugar cook om together
Once sugar melted then pieces also be soften forms sausy texture
Then serving time:Take a plate place sause keep panna cotta on it pour sause garnish with chikki and strawberry on top of it ready to serve innovative yummy dish
