Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 kgs carrots


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1 cups mava


  • 5 tsp ghee


  • 1 cups milk


  • 1/2 cups chopped nuts


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Directions

  • Wash the carrots throughly scrape and grat them.
  • Heat a wok put 3 spoon ghee and add grated carrots, saute for 7-8 minutes.
  • Add milk and stir well. When milk dries up add sugar, mava and reamaining ghee mix well and another cook for 5 minutes.
  • Finally add chopped nuts and cardamom powder then switch off the flame.
  • Serve hot.
