Wash the carrots throughly scrape and grat them.
Heat a wok put 3 spoon ghee and add grated carrots, saute for 7-8 minutes.
Add milk and stir well. When milk dries up add sugar, mava and reamaining ghee mix well and another cook for 5 minutes.
Finally add chopped nuts and cardamom powder then switch off the flame.
Serve hot.
