Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan and bring it to boil. Soak the saffron into 2 spoon hot milk.
Once it starts boiling reduce the flame and cook the milk till reduced to half.
Keep stirring and scraping the sides.
Now add sugar, soaked saffron and cardamom powder another cook for 10 minutes then switch off the flame.
Let it be cool than garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios and serve.
