Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 litre full fat milk


  • 1/2 spoon saffron


  • 1/4 spoon cardamom powder


  • 1/2 cup sugar


  • 2 spoon chopped almonds


  • 1 spoon chopped pistachios

Directions

  • Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan and bring it to boil. Soak the saffron into 2 spoon hot milk.
  • Once it starts boiling reduce the flame and cook the milk till reduced to half.
  • Keep stirring and scraping the sides.
  • Now add sugar, soaked saffron and cardamom powder another cook for 10 minutes then switch off the flame.
  • Let it be cool than garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios and serve.
