Peel and grate beetroot
Heat 4 tsp clarified butter in a wok and roast semolina on medium flame for 5 minutes.takeout roasted semolina in a plate
Heat 1 spoon claified butter and saute grated beetroot for 2 minutes
Add roasted semolina and mix well
Add water,sugar and cardamom powder .cook until thickens
Garnish with almonnds and serve hot.
