Ingredients

  • 1 beetroot


  • 1 cup semolina


  • 5 tsp clarified butter


  • 1/2 cup sugar


  • 1/2 spoon cardamom powder


  • 1 .5 cup water


  • 2 spoon shreded almonds

Directions

  • Peel and grate beetroot
  • Heat 4 tsp clarified butter in a wok and roast semolina on medium flame for 5 minutes.takeout roasted semolina in a plate
  • Heat 1 spoon claified butter and saute grated beetroot for 2 minutes
  • Add roasted semolina and mix well
  • Add water,sugar and cardamom powder .cook until thickens
  • Garnish with almonnds and serve hot.
