  • 1 litre milk

  • 2 cups sugar for syrup

  • 2 tbsp lemon for making chena

  • 2 cups water


  • First we take a sauce pan in gas stove. Then we put a milk. When we put a milk next we boil it
  • Then we give lemon juice in the boil milk. Then we stir it for 15 to 20 mins or when curdles is done. When curdles is done then gas off the stove
  • Then we take a muslin cloth or light cloth pour the curdle in cloth with cold water then hang this chena for 30 mins and squeezed it. When it squeezed then open the clothes.
  • Next we take bowl we put the chena in a bowl from cloth which we have squeezed it. Then we have to round the shape for rosgolla
  • Next in second sauce pan we take some water and boil it and next we give sugar in water boil and sugar will brown called (chasni).
  • Next we have round the shape of rosgolla we put in sugar syrup. And serve in bowl or plate.
