Ingredients
Serves 2
Basmati rice - 1 cup
Boiled Egg- 4
Chopped onion - 2 large
Green chilly - 3
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander leaf - 1 tablespoon
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Tomato - 1 small
Curd - 1 tablespoon
Biriyani masala - 1 tablespoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Directions
Take 1 Cup basmati rice and wash well. Once washed soak it for 15 minutes. Place the cooker in gas stove and add half of the ghee taken . Place the boiled eggs and fry little. Add pinch of turmeric powder and chilly powder and sort well. Take the eggs aside and add chopped onions to the cooker. Once the onion became transparent add greenchillies and ginger garlic paste. Sort well and add the masalas taken one by one. Sort well and add chopped tomatoes and cook well. Once the tomato cooked add the curd into it. Once both cooked add 1 and 1/4 cup of hot water into it. Check the salt and add if required . Add the soaked rice without water and mix well.place the eggs above the rice and add little more ghee over it. Add the chopped coriander leaves and close the lid. Cook until first whistle come. Easy and tasty egg biriyani ready for serve.
