1 1/2 cups maida
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
2 teaspoon cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons oil
10 pudina leaves
Cooking white chocolate half cup melted
1 teaspoon butter can be salted also no problem
Chocolate syrup :
2 spoons coco powder
1 teaspoon butter
3 teaspoon powder sugar
1 tablespoon Hot water
First to make chocolate leaves: melt chocolate with butter and let it cool a bit then take a paint brush and take well cleaned pudina leaves and apply the melted chocolate over the leave and freeze it for five mins. Take it out peel out the leaf from the backside and keep it back in the freezer till garnish. To make chocolate roses you need a chocolate rose mould just pour the melted chocolate over it and freeze it for five mins and unmould and keep in freezer till garnish.
Note while moulding the chocolates please keep in mind that there should not even be little trace of water.
For cake process First take all the dry ingredients and mix well. Now steam the cauliflower florets and put it in a blender with milk oil and vinegar and mix well.
Now mix put the cauliflower paste with the dry ingredients and mix well.
Now grease your baking tray with oil or melted butter and dust it with cocoa powder and spread evenly so that it does not stick to the mould. Now pour the batter into the mould and bake for 30 mins at 180 degrees. oven should be preheated at the same temperature for 10mins.
For chocolate syrup: mix coco powder and powder sugar then put in room temperature butter and pour hot water gradually to make a thick consistency. Freeze it for ten mins for thick consistency.Now once cake it ready and cooled pour the syrup on cake and spread.
Garnish:now garnish with cherry and chocolate leaves and chocolate roses.Optional grated chocolate too.
