Serves 3

  • 3 tbsp sabaja soak in water for 1 hours

  • 1 litre milk

  • 1 kiwi finely chopped

  • 10 grapes finely chopped

  • 10 almonds finely chopped

  • 10 cashew nut finely chopped

  • 3 tbsp rooh afja

  • 1 tbs zafrani sharabt

  • 1 cup sewiya (thick vermicelli)

  • 1 tbsp milkmaid

  • 1 bowl chocolate icecream

  • 1 bowl vanilla icecream

  • 2 tbsp Sugar

  • 1/2 bowl pomegranates pearls

    Firstly take a thick bottomed pan add milk bring to boil give a good boil when ur milk becomes just thick half of the original quantity now add sugar,milkmaid,mix it well when sugar dissolves properly now turn off the flame when milk cool completely now keep it in fridge for 2 hours

    Heat the pan with water when water starts boiling then add seivaiya give a good boil becomes soft now immediately drop it in the cold water and keep it aside

    Take a cylinderly glass take 1tbsp rooh afza and pour it around in the glass now put some sevayiya,then add 1tsp zafarani sharabt now add chopped grapes, kiwi,some pomegranates perals then add 2tsp soaked sabja, now add chopped mix dry fruits

    Now put 1tbsp chocolate icecream, pour 1cup chilled milk,again add 1tsp soaked sabaja and half tsp rooh afza garnish with 1tbsp vanilla icecream at the top and some dry fruits
