Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 200 gm Maida / plain flour

  • 200 gm Butter

  • 200 gm Sugar

  • 200 gm mawa

  • 2 tbsps Yogurt / curd

  • 1 tsp Baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda

Directions

    Grate the khoya. Mix it with plain flour,baking powder and baking soda.

    Cream the butter and sugar. 4. Add the dry ingredients mixture in the butter sugar mixing it well to form a uniform mixture.

    The mixture will be quite thick. Add the thick yogurt and mix well. 6. Spoon out the mixture in your muffin cases. 7. Add some coarsely crushed nuts like cashews,almonds ir pistachio on the top.

    Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180c.
