Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 cup hara channa


  • 1/4 cup ghee


  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar


  • 3/4 cup mava


  • 4-5 cardamom powder


  • 10-12 chopped kaju


  • 10-12 chopped badam


  • 10-12 chopped pista

Directions

  • Coarsely grind channa
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add channa and cook till it changes colour and nice aroma exist..Switch off flame
  • Add cardamom powder,mava and powdered sugar and mix it nicely
  • Grease plate in which you have to set
  • Add half chopped nuts in channa mixture and mix it
  • Transfer this in greased plate and spread it evenly
  • Spread remaining nuts over it and let it set
  • When cool down cut in pieces
