Boil the milk. Keep 1/2 cup milk to room temperature.
Add custard powder in a cool milk. Mix...well There will be no lumps on it.
Add the custard mixture in the milk. Stir continuously and cook for few minutes. Keepaside.
For caramel : Heat non stick pan. Add sugar and little water. Mix it occasionally till the sugar dissolves and till it become light golden brown in colour.
Once it is done. Transfer to a bowl. Keep a side.
Pour the custard mixture in acaramel. Tap gently. Referigate for 1/2 an hrs. or till it is set
Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Ready to serve...
