Caramel Vanilla Custard Pudding

  • 2 tbsp vanilla custard pudding

  • 1 1/2 cup boiled milk

  • 2 tbsp sugar or as needed

  • For caramel : 1/2 cup sugar and little water

  • 2 to 4 cashew nuts for decoration


  • Boil the milk. Keep 1/2 cup milk to room temperature.
  • Add custard powder in a cool milk. Mix...well There will be no lumps on it.
  • Add the custard mixture in the milk. Stir continuously and cook for few minutes. Keepaside.
  • For caramel : Heat non stick pan. Add sugar and little water. Mix it occasionally till the sugar dissolves and till it become light golden brown in colour.
  • Once it is done. Transfer to a bowl. Keep a side.
  • Pour the custard mixture in acaramel. Tap gently. Referigate for 1/2 an hrs. or till it is set
  • Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Ready to serve...
