1) Apply marinade on chicken and let it rest overnight or for three hours atleast 2) Chargrill or fry chicken pieces till done 3) In a pot or big wok put three tablespoon ghee and two tablespoon oil add onions and braise till pinkish brown 4) Add tomatoes and spices, make paste like then add cream and boil to a fine gravy 5) Add chicken pieces and green chillies, cook for ten minutes, remove from flame garnish with corriander n mint leaves 6) Serve with either jeera or plain rice
