Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Maida- 60gms


  • Suji- 40gms


  • Rice flour- 20gms


  • Salt- 1/4tsp


  • Sugar- 1tbsp milk- 3/4cup


  • For stuffing Coconut- 1cup grated


  • Khoya- 1/2cup


  • Jaggery- 1/2cup


  • Milk- 2tbsp


  • Ghee- 2tbsp

Directions

  • In a bowl add maida, suji, rice flour, sugar and salt.
  • Add little by little milk and make a lump free batter
  • Keep aside for rest for 20mins
  • In a pan add coconut, khoya, Jaggery and milk and cook up to dry.
  • It will be a sticky stuffing
  • Heat tawa. Make a pan cake with the batter.
  • Now place a spoon of stuffing on a corner and start rolling
  • Roll slowly so the stuffing won't come out.
  • Roll on the tawa only and serve hot
