In a bowl add maida, suji, rice flour, sugar and salt.
Add little by little milk and make a lump free batter
Keep aside for rest for 20mins
In a pan add coconut, khoya, Jaggery and milk and cook up to dry.
It will be a sticky stuffing
Heat tawa. Make a pan cake with the batter.
Now place a spoon of stuffing on a corner and start rolling
Roll slowly so the stuffing won't come out.
Roll on the tawa only and serve hot
