  • 200 grams seedless dates

  • 1 tsp methi seeds

  • 1/4 cup almond meal

  • 1/4 cup cashew powder 2 tbsp walnut powder

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/2 tsp cardamon powder

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg powder

  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper powder

  • 4 tbsp khus khus

  • 2 tbsp desi ghee


  • Add the seedless dates to the milk
  • Take the Methi seeds
  • add to the dates and milk and soak overnight
  • grind to a fine paste. add 1 tbsp ghee and fry the paste in medium flame till moisture disppears
  • Add the spice powders.
  • Remove in a bowl
  • Let it cool. keep the nut powders ready
  • Now add the nut powders and a part of roasted khus khus
  • Mix well with a spatula. spread remaining roasted khus khus on a plate.
  • Grease your palms and make small laddus .
  • Roll the ladoos over the khus khus
  • Voila !! tasty delicious chota dhamaka soft ladoos are ready to devour
