  • Milk- 2 cup

  • Sugar-3/4 cup

  • Heavy whipping cream-1cup

  • Vanilla extract-2tbsp

    Stir sugar, cream and milk into a sauce pan over low heat until sugar has dissolved. Heat just until mix is hot and a small ring of foam appears around the edge

  • 02

    Transfer cream mixture to a pourable container such as a large measuring cup, stir in vanilla extract and chill mix thoroughly atleast 2 hours

  • 03

    Pour cold icecream mix into an icecream maker turn on and cburn for 25?mints

  • 04

    When the icecream is softly frozen serve immediate
