Take a pan, heat it. Add butter and let it melt on low flame. Add fresh cream and mix it well on low heat. Now add milk and let it boil on high flame.
While milk boils, add milk powder and cook it on medium flame till it becomes thick. Switch off the flame.
Your instant mawa is ready. Let it cool but not completely, use it little warm. Add sugar and elaichi powder to it. Mix well.
Grease your hand with drop of ghee, take small amount of mixture, mash it well to make it soft. Make ladoo of it and give it a shape of modak from top. (You can use modak mould for perfect shape).
