Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 50 gram basmati rice

  • 200 ml milk

  • 100 gram sugar

  • 3 tablespoon gulkand

  • 3 tablespoon rose syrub

  • 1/ 2 cup dry fruits

  • 1 cup fresh rose petals ( garnish)

Directions

    wash & soak rice for 10 min

  • 02

    make puree of rice by adding milk

  • 03

    pour the rice puree in a pan .add milk & sugar .keep it to cook

  • 04

    after 12 to 15 min turn off gas & add gulkand & let it cool

  • 05

    finally add rose syrub..mix properly

  • 06

    garnish with dry fruits & rose petals. serve chilled
