Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 6 ready bread toast


  • 500 ml milk


  • 200 gram sugar for syrub (chasni)


  • 100 gram sugar for rabdi


  • 3 tablespoon rose syrub


  • 50 gram powered sugar


  • 1/2 cup dry fruits


  • 150ml water

Directions

  • one one gas stove keep milk & add sugar to reduce milk to half for rabdi
  • on other side of gas. take water add sagar to make chasni or sugar syrub
  • take one toast & deep into sugar syrub for 1 min remove from syrub & coat it with powdered sugar .& shahi tukda is ready
  • add rose syrub to rabdi
  • arrange shahi tukda in a plate & pour rabdi on it .garnish with dry fruits & rose syrub
