Stir together condensed milk, mashed banana and vanila in a medium bowl. Set aside.
In the bowl of mixer, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Don not over beat.
Fold sweetened milk mixture into whipped cream. Pour into a 2 quart container, civer and freeze for 4 hours.
Garnish with choco chips before serving.
