Dhokla Pinwheel Sandwich

Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Rava 1 cups

  • Buttermilk 1 cups

  • salt 1 pinch

  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

  • Green Corriander Chutney 2 tsp

  • Raw veggies like carrots, Cabbage, spring onions 1 cups

Directions

    In a bowl mix rava, buttermilk and baking soda with salt. Mix and set aside for 5-10 mins

  • 02

    Pour the batter into a flat square mould or any steel utensil and cook in steam like we cook idli's for 12mins

    After that, demould when on room temperature

    Place the Rava cake on a plastic sheet or butter paper and spread green chutney or Kabab wali chutney.

    Spread some mayonnaise also and place raw veggies at the one end and sprinkle some salt and chat masala on veggies.

    Now roll them using plastic/butter paper gently to get pinwheel design.

    After rolling full, cover it with butter paper or plastic sheet and keep it in the fridge for 10-15mins to get it set.

    After 10mins open the out sheet and cut them into 3 or four as you want.
