Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup paneer


  • 1 tbsp sugar or as needed


  • 2 tbsp milk powder


  • 1/2 tsp elachi powder


  • 4 crushed almonds


  • 4 crushed cashew nuts

Directions

  • Heat non stick pan. Add paneer, milk powder, sugar, home made fresh cream.
  • Mix...properly and cooked in a slow flame. Stir occasionally till the mixture become little gravy
  • Once it is done. Keep aside.
  • Take a mould. Add cushed almond,cashew nuts and pour the mixture in the mould. Refrigerator for 1/2 hrs. Til it settle.
  • Once transfer to a serving plate. Resdy to serve
