Eggless Suji Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1.1/2 cup Sooji/Rava

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 1 Glass Buttermilk

  • 1/3 cup Oil

  • 1.1/2 cup Dark Chocolate

  • 2 spoon Tuti Fruity

  • 1/2tsp Baking soda

  • 1tsp Baking Powder

Directions

    Blend sooji/rava in a blending jar for once to make sooji thin.

    Now put the blended sooji in a bowl, add sugar and buttermilk.

    Mix well until sooji absorbs the buttermilk. Add water if required to get cake batter consistency

    Set aside for 5 mins.

  • 05

    Take Tuti Fruity and coat them with some maida/flour and mix in the sooji batter.

    Add baking powder and baking soda in the batter and mix gently.

    Add melted dark chocolate in the batter and bake it in oven for 25mins or until it cooks.

  • 08

    You can garnish before baking with some Raisins, cashews and almonds
