  • 1.1/2 cup Sooji/Rava

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 1 Glass Buttermilk

  • 1/3 cup Oil

  • 1.1/2 cup Dark Chocolate

  • 2 spoon Tuti Fruity

  • 1/2tsp Baking soda

  • 1tsp Baking Powder


  • Blend sooji/rava in a blending jar for once to make sooji thin.
  • Now put the blended sooji in a bowl, add sugar and buttermilk.
  • Mix well until sooji absorbs the buttermilk. Add water if required to get cake batter consistency
  • Set aside for 5 mins.
  • Take Tuti Fruity and coat them with some maida/flour and mix in the sooji batter.
  • Add baking powder and baking soda in the batter and mix gently.
  • Add melted dark chocolate in the batter and bake it in oven for 25mins or until it cooks.
  • You can garnish before baking with some Raisins, cashews and almonds
