Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 grams amaranth leaves (chopped)


  • 2 onion chopped


  • 2 dried red chillies


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp mustard

Directions

  • Heat oil and add mustard. When it crackles add red chillies and onion
  • Add salt and wait till it shrinks in size.
  • Add turmeric and stir well.
  • Transfer chopped amaranth leaves and mix well.
  • Cover for 5 minutes and cook.
  • Serve hot with roti or rice
