250 grams amaranth leaves (chopped)
2 onion chopped
2 dried red chillies
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard
Directions
Heat oil and add mustard. When it crackles add red chillies and onion
Add salt and wait till it shrinks in size.
Add turmeric and stir well.
Transfer chopped amaranth leaves and mix well.
Cover for 5 minutes and cook.
Serve hot with roti or rice
