  • 1 cup rice flour

  • 1/2 cup grated coconut

  • 1/2 cup grated jaggery

  • 2 green cardamom powder

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup khoya

  • 3 tbsp condensed milk


  • How to make rabdi : First boil the milk in a pan. Whrn the milk reduces add condensed milk. Keep stiring continously till it become thick. Once it is done. Keep aside
  • Heat non stick kadai. Add little water then add jaggery. Boil it till jaggery dissolve. Then add grated coconut cook till the coconut and jaggery coated properly. Once it is done. Keep aside. The mixture is ready.
  • Take rice flour in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and luke warm watet. Knead a smooth dough. Keep a side.
  • Take a full dough. Roll it like a chapati. Place the stuufing in the center of the portion. Roll it carefully and sealed the side edges.
  • Steam the pitha for 5 minutes. Check in between with fork. The fork is clean it shows the pitha is ready.
  • Transfer to aserving plate. Pour rabdi on top of the pitha. Garnish with few raisins and cashew nuts. Ready to serve....
