Ingredients

4 cups milk
1/2 cups vanilla custard powder
2 tbsp powder sugar
2 cups fresh cream
4-5 nos crushed cashew nuts and almonds for garnishing
Directions
First boil the milk. Once it is done. Keep a side. Take 1 cup milk a bring it to room temperature.
Add custard powder in the milk.. Mix...it well. There will be no lumps on it. Now add this to the remaining milk and mix...it well. Put it over the induction and stir it continuously till it thickens. Remove from induction and keep aside.
In another bowl. Take fresh cream and powder sugar. Mix...it properly. Put this already prepared custard mixture. Blend it.
Transfer to a container. Refrigerator for 6 to 8 hrs. Blend it again. Transfer to a container. Cover and freeze for 4 to 5 hrs.
