Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • · Banana – 2 ripe bananas (peeled)


  • · Dates – 6 dates


  • · Milk – 2 cups chilled


  • · Cardamom powder – 1 tsp (for flavor)


  • · Ice cubes – 3 or 4


  • · Sugar or honey (to taste) (optional)

Directions

  • · Cut the bananas into pieces. · Transfer all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. · Pour into glasses and serve.
