Ingredients

· Banana – 2 ripe bananas (peeled)
· Dates – 6 dates
· Milk – 2 cups chilled
· Cardamom powder – 1 tsp (for flavor)
· Ice cubes – 3 or 4
· Sugar or honey (to taste) (optional)
Directions
· Cut the bananas into pieces. · Transfer all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. · Pour into glasses and serve.
(If you have frozen bananas, don't add ice cubes)
