· Take poha in a bowl, wash and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
· Drain the excess water and set aside.
· Heat ghee in a pan add in cashews and raisins, fry till it turns golden.
· In a bowl add Aval, jaggery, nuts, cardamom powder, cashews, raisins. Make a quick mix. Then add grated coconut and mix well.
· Sweet Aval / sweet poha is ready to serve as a dessert or snack.
