Form into 1" meatballs and place in a large nonstick fry an on medium heat, adding to pan as you form each meatball. Chop onion, then add to pan. In the uncleaned bowl, combine applesauce, tomato soup, honey, and chili sauce. Once meatballs have browned, pour sauce over top. Stir coat. Once sauce starts to boil, reduce heat to a high simmer.
