  • Gajar (Carrot ) 1 kg


  • Milk 750 ml


  • Malai (cream ) 1 bowl


  • Sugar 1 bowl

Directions

  • Wash , peel nd Grate the gajar
  • In a pan add grated gajar nd milk
  • Let it boil
  • When milk reduce add malai
  • Stir it
  • Add sugar
  • Stir it till it takes consistency of halwa
  • Add dryfruits of your choice
