Gajar (Carrot ) 1 kg
Milk 750 ml
Malai (cream ) 1 bowl
Sugar 1 bowl
Directions
Wash , peel nd Grate the gajar
In a pan add grated gajar nd milk
Let it boil
When milk reduce add malai
Stir it
Add sugar
Stir it till it takes consistency of halwa
Add dryfruits of your choice
