Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 8 slice bread

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder

  • 1/2 cup mint chutney

  • 2 cucumber

  • 2 tomato

  • 1 onion

  • 1/2 capsicum

  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala

Directions

    Cut the tomato and cucumber into thin slices.

  • 02

    Chop onion and capsicum finely.

  • 03

    Mix butter with salt and pepper powder.

  • 04

    Take the bread slices, smear butter, spread some mint chutney, put the veggies, sprinkle chaat masala. Put the other slice over it.

    Grill it.

  • 06

    Serve hot with ketchup.
