Hang curd in cheesecloth and tie to a faucet to drain all liquids. Once liquid drains either store in refrigerator or use immediately.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except breadcrumbs and oil. Mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat Air Fryer. Set it at 350 deg for 15 minutes.
Dab oil on the tray. Set it aside.
With help of spoon, take a blob of mixture and place it on a plate with breadcrumbs.
Make round balls of the mixture and flatten them a bit.
Apply little oil lightly over them.
Place them on the tray. Grill at set temperature and time flipping them once machine beeps to turn them.
Remove from air fryer and serve with ketchup or chutney.
Best served immediately.
