Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup hung curd


  • 1/2 cup grated cheese


  • 1/2 cup grated paneer


  • 2-3 green chilies, chopped finely


  • 2 tsp coriander stems, chopped


  • 1 onion, very finely chopped


  • 3-4 tbsp roasted chickpea flour


  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or as needed


  • 1-1/4 tsp salt or to taste


  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)


  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  • Hang curd in cheesecloth and tie to a faucet to drain all liquids. Once liquid drains either store in refrigerator or use immediately.
  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients except breadcrumbs and oil. Mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat Air Fryer. Set it at 350 deg for 15 minutes.
  • Dab oil on the tray. Set it aside.
  • With help of spoon, take a blob of mixture and place it on a plate with breadcrumbs.
  • Make round balls of the mixture and flatten them a bit.
  • Apply little oil lightly over them.
  • Place them on the tray. Grill at set temperature and time flipping them once machine beeps to turn them.
  • Remove from air fryer and serve with ketchup or chutney.
  • Best served immediately.
