Cut paneer in long finger like shapes (not too slim).
Give paneer slits without cutting through and through. With a thin knife, apply chutney/pesto inside the slits.
In a bowl, combine all flours, ajwain, cumin powder, onion powder, paprika, amchur powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.
Add little water at a time to make a smooth consistency of batter (not too thick or thin).
Season paneer with salt.
Dip paneer in batter and place them in a well oiled plate.
Preheat air fryer at 375 deg and set time for 10 minutes.
Dab oil on tray. Place the paneer on the tray. Drizzle oil over them. Put the tray in air fryer.
Grill the panner till machine beeps to turn the pakodas. Flip them. Apply oil to this side too.
Put tray back in air fryer and continue grilling till done.
Serve with chutney or ketchup.
