-----to marinate--- mutton chops 600 grms(8-10 pieces) ginger garlic paste1 tsp roasted coriander pdr1 tsp red chilli pdr1 tsp turmeric pdr1/2 tsp curd 2 tsp salt to taste ----to fry--- 1 tsp thick curd 1 tsp coriander pdr roasted 1 tsp cumin pdr roasted 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp red chilli(kashmiri red chilli) pinch turmeric 1 tsp kasuri methi 1 tsp fennel pdr roasted 1 tsp roasted gram pdr 1 tsp lemon juice coriander leaves

. marinate mutton chops for 2 hours and pressure cook with 1 tbsp water for 2-3 whistles or until cooked...open cook till water evaporates...marinate the chops with (to fry) ingredients and shallow fry on tawa (I have grilled in pan with little oil)
