FOR CHANA MADRA-
Take cinnamon stick , cloves , fennel seeds and green cardamon in a grinder and make a coarse powder.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Add coarse powder in it. Stir well.
Add cooked chickpeas in it.
Add salt and pepper , turmeric powder , corriander powder in it. Mix properly.
Add beaten curd in it. Mix well.
Cook it till gravy becomes thick.
Add raisins in it. Mix properly . Its ready.
FOR GRILLED BABRU-
Take wheat flour in a bowl and knead a soft dough by using water.
Cover it and rest it for overnight so it become ferment.
Take chickpeas in a bowl. Add coarsely mash it.
Add salt and pepper in it. Mix properly.
Take small portion from dough and flatten it with ur palm.
Filled chickpeas in it and fold it carefully.
Pressed it with ur palm.
Heat oil on a grill tawa.
Place them on it. After some time flip off them.
Apply oil or ghee on them cook till it done.
Serve hot with chana madra.
