Wash the Salmon thoroughly with warm water rubbing with salt to get rid of the smell. Marinate with all the above ingredients. Mix well to coat. Cover & refrigerate for half an hour.
Preheat an Electric Grill. Preset Fish setting. Brush with cooking oil or use nonstick spray.
Arrange the Salmon on the hot grill. Grill for 5-6 minutes.
Alternatively, you may use a Grill Pan as well. Grease the pan lightly. Place the Salmon on the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip & cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Serve hot with Steak Sauce or Hot & Sweet BBQ Sauce.
