Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Tender chicken-300gm

  • Curd-2 spoon

  • Lemon juice-1 dash

  • Cumin powder-1/2 tablespoon

  • Garam masala-1 tablespoon

  • Chopped ginger and garlic-1 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder-1/2 tablespoon

  • Crushed green chillies-1 tablespoon

  • Cloves-3-4 pieces

  • Slice green chillies-3-4

Directions

    Washed and keep chicken aside mixed with curd, lemon juice, Salt

  • 02

    Heat oil in pan and add crushed ginger and garlic

  • 03

    Add chopped onion and tomato and fry till brown colour

  • 04

    Add cumin powder,whole cloves, turmeric powder

  • 05

    Mix it well for 2-3 minutes

    Then add marinated chicken and mix will and cooked for 5-8 minutes till chicken got soft

  • 07

    Then add garam masala and mix it we'll and cook for 3 minutes

  • 08

    Garnish with sliced green chillies
