  • Chilly powder - 2 tsp

  • Coriander powder -1 tsp

  • Salt - 1 tsp

  • Cardamom - 1

  • Cinnamon- 1

  • Cloves- 1

  • Tomato sauce - 1 table spoon

  • Oul- 4 Tbsp

    Cut into small pieces with out bone and wash well.keep aside for in a stainer.

    Maginate the. Chicken with powdered items and sauce and keep in to freeze for 4 to 6 hours.

    Cut the tomato,onoin and capsicum in to small pieces.

    Take a stewer and pick the chicken, capsicum, tomato and onion.make three layer.

    Heat oil on a than,when it get started heat reduce the flame and toast the. Kabab.
