  • Chilly powder, coriander powder, Salt, Cinnamon, cloves, Cardamom,
  • Cut into small pieces with out bone and wash well.keep aside for in a stainer.
  • Maginate the. Chicken with powdered items and sauce and keep in to freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
  • Cut the tomato,onoin and capsicum in to small pieces.
  • Take a stewer and pick the chicken, capsicum, tomato and onion.make three layer.
  • Heat oil on a than,when it get started heat reduce the flame and toast the. Kabab.
  • Turn the kabab stick k to cook every side.
  • After cooked well remove from the thawa.
