  • Boiled Rajma 1 bowl

  • Onion 1 big

  • Ghee 2 tsp for kabab mixture

  • 2 tsp cashenut

  • Galouti Masala 2 tsp

  • Jeera 1 tsp

  • Dhaniya 1 tsp

  • Ilayachi 1 big

  • When red chilly 1

  • Tej patta 1

  • Clove 2

  • Grind it nd make galti masala use galouti masala 2 tsp

    Cut the onions

    Put on hot nonstick

    Stir it

    When it becomes brown

    Switch off the gas

    Make a paste of brown onions

  • 07

    Soak cashewnuts for 2 hrs

    Make paste of cashewnut

    Make a paste of boiled rajma

    In a bowl mix boiled rajma paste brown onion paste, cashewnut paste, ghee, salt nd galti masala

    Mix well

    Make round shape of kababs
