Ingredients

  • Boiled Rajma 1 bowl


  • Onion 1 big


  • Ghee 2 tsp for kabab mixture


  • 2 tsp cashenut


  • Galouti Masala 2 tsp


  • Jeera 1 tsp


  • Dhaniya 1 tsp


  • Ilayachi 1 big


  • When red chilly 1


  • Tej patta 1


  • Clove 2


  • Grind it nd make galti masala use galouti masala 2 tsp

Directions

  • Cut the onions
  • Put on hot nonstick
  • Stir it
  • When it becomes brown
  • Switch off the gas
  • Make a paste of brown onions
  • Soak cashewnuts for 2 hrs
  • Make paste of cashewnut
  • Make a paste of boiled rajma
  • In a bowl mix boiled rajma paste brown onion paste, cashewnut paste, ghee, salt nd galti masala
  • Mix well
  • Make round shape of kababs
