Cut zucchini into 1,1/2* inch pieces, about 7 to 8 pieces
Boil 4 cup water with 1 tsp salt, add zucchini rounds and it for 2 min. Till slightly soft remove from water pat dry and keep it aside
Scoop out each pieces carefully with melon baller keeping base intact. Chopped the scooped zucchini and keep aside
Mix all ingredients of marination brush all the zucchini pieces with garlic and oil marinade. Keep aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes
Heat 1tbs oil add onion saute till soft. Add oats saute 2 minutes till light golden colors.
Add milk stir till thick. Add chopped carrot, and scooped and chopped zucchini
Add garam masala, salt pepper. Stir for 1 or 2 min. Stir coriander leaves.
Fill the marinate zucchini with the filling nicely
Keep the stuffed zucchini on the greased wire rack of the oven. Bake in preheated oven at 200°c for 20 minutes. Then grill it for 3 minutes. Serve hot
